摘要
目的:研究植物黄酮芹菜素对IL-1、脂多糖(LPS)诱导软骨细胞产生一氧化氮(NO)的抑制作用。方法:IL-1,LPS体外诱导兔软骨细胞产生NO。以一氧化氮合酶(NOS)抑制剂N-硝基-L-精氨酸做对照,研究芹菜素对产生NO的抑制作用。结果和结论:芹菜素(3.125~25μmol/L)剂量依赖性地抑制IL-1或LPS诱导的NO产生,其抑制作用强于N-硝基-L-精氨酸。
Objective: To study the effect of plant flavonoid apigenin on NO production in chondrocytes induced by IL1 and LPS. Methods: IL1 and LPS induced NO production in rabbit chondrocytes. NnitroLarginine, a competitive NOS inhibitor was taken as control. The inhibitory effect of apigenin on NO production was observed. Results and Conclusion: Apigenin (3.125 ̄25 mol/L) dosedependently inhibited NO production, its effect is more intense than that of NnitroLarginines.
