和谐社会架构以党的十六届六中全会作为节点，是中国领导层吸取中华文明精华。结合中国国情与国际形势提出的全方位和谐理念。它印证科学的发展观、改革观进一步完善并进而作出重大调整：社会和谐的理想架构从制度建设层面扩展到文化建设层面，渐进的帷幕已经拉开；传统的舆论和价值追寻，亦以新时期不断地、比较系统完备的政策落实和制度导向作为重大抉择。实现了从点题到进一步破题的转变。这是中国为和平而崛起的积极因应。是对“和文化”的坚守与弘扬。是对华夏文明的秉承与创新。是中国特色社会主义建设史上具有划时代意义的大手笔。
