摘要
对42CrMo汽车用钢轧态硬度较高的问题进行了分析,通过采用热锯后快速下线、冷床增加保温罩等措施,使该钢缓冷后奥氏体全部转变为珠光体,避免了产生硬度较高的贝氏体转变,满足了用户对该钢硬度的要求。
The problem of in-rolling hardness of 42CrMo car steel being too high is analyzed. It is solved by means of measures: being rapid got down from production line after hot-sawing, adding a temperature-keeping cover over the cooling bed, and so after a process of slow cooling the austenite in steel is fully changed into pearlite to avoid into bainite of higher hardness.
