摘要
研制了一种新型绕线机用于对微细丝的绕制,具有自动绕线、排线、倒线等多种功能。现场使用情况表明:该绕线机操作、维修方便,工作可靠,自动化程度高,其绕线精度、生产效率比机械凸轮排线绕线机有很大提高。介绍了微细丝绕线机的主要技术指标、设备结构组成,排线原理及夹具设计,所研制的微细线绕线机得到了批量应用。
A new type of winding machine was designed and applied to divide fine wire. The functions of winding machine include automatic winding wire, arranging wire, inverting wire and so on. Used on the field, the winding machine was operated and maintainedconveniently, reliable operation and high automation. Its precision of winding wire and production efficiency was improved greatly comparison to winding machine of mechanical cam. The main technical index, equipment structure composition, arranging wire principle and fixture design of fine wire winding machine was introduced. The fine wire winding machine was applied largely.
