摘要
采用新型的集成霍尔开关元件UGN30 2 0 ,构成模拟量输出的浮子式液位传感器、数字量输出的浮子式液位传感器和脉冲输出的转速传感器 ,温度漂移低 ,原理简单 ,应用广泛。文中着重介绍上述三种传感器的结构原理及其特点。
UGN3020,a new integrated Hall switch element,is used to compose three type sensors:analog type liquid level sensor,digital type liquid level sensor and pulse type rotary speed sensor. The sensors have low temperature draft,simple in principle and widely use. The construct principle and features of the sensors are introduced.
