PFNA治疗成人股骨转子周围骨折的疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 股骨转子部骨折的治疗是目前的难题，特别是不稳定性骨折。学者们不断对内植入物进行改良和研制，以期获得更佳的固定效果。股骨近端髓内钉一螺旋刀片（PFNA）是国际内固定研究学会的最新研究成果，生物力学实验证实其特征性的螺旋刀片在股骨头内比以往的拉力螺钉具有更佳的把持力．且植入物相关并发症发生率更低。本院自2006年10月至2007年5月应用PFNA治疗成人股骨转子周围骨折20例，现将结果报告如下。
