摘要 7步检查法是利用双钳相位伏安表对运行中的电能计量装置接线进行检查,并根据所测得的电压、电流、相量以及他们之间的相位关系来判断接线是否正确的一种方法。文章以10 kV供电系统中普遍采用的高压三相三线电能计量装置为例,介绍了运用7步检查法检查电能计量装置接线的方法、步骤和有关注意事项。 The seven - step method is to make use of pair-clamp phase volt-ampere meter to check wire connection of electric energy measurement device. This method is based on the measured voltage, current, phasor and their phase relationships to judge the wire connection correct or not. By using the high voltage three - phase three-wire electric energy measurement device which is commonly applied in lOkV power supply system as a sample, this paper introduces the method o procedures and matters needing attentions of the seven-step examining the wire connection of electric energy measurement device.
