摘要
本文在对一次学生调查问卷数据进行分析的基础上,结合当前知识产权法学双语教学在师资力量、学生英语能力等方面存在的实际问题,阐述了笔者对开展知识产权双语教学的一些看法,在加大职前师资培训、提高学生英语能力、合理设置双语课程、实施多种教学方法等方面提出建议。
This paper, based on the analysis of the student questionnaire data, combined with the practical problems in teacher resources, students English proficiency and other aspects of the current bilingual education in intellectual property law, expounds some views of the author on conducting bilingual education, and offers proposals on intensify pre-employment training, improving students" English ability, setting up reasonable bilingual courses, implementing various teaching methods and other aspects.
