摘要
低碳经济给全球带来了巨大的机遇与挑战,并引致了碳金融的蓬勃发展。在中国,低碳经济同样是金融部门所密切关注的新兴领域,已经有越来越多的银行在积极开展碳金融的相关业务。本文将对国内外的碳金融发展进行考察,并在结合兴业银行的碳金融实践基础上,分析当前存在的问题及应对的政策重点。
The low-carbon economy brought great opportunities and challenges to the world, and stimulated the development of carbon finance. In China, the financial department has already pay attention to the low-carbon economy, and more and more banks develop business about carbon finance. In the paper, we analyze the situation of carbon finance in China and abroad, and after studying the financial innovation of Industrial Bank, we discuss the problems of China＇s carbon finance development and put forward some important policy advices.
