摘要
本文阐述了河南金龙精密铜管集团从技术引进到自主创新的发展历程,对其在技术引进、消化吸收再创新过程中的基本做法进行了分析。最后,在案例分析的基础上,得出如下结论:企业家的创新精神是企业实现自主创新的重要保证;对以设备为载体的先进技术的消化吸收是企业发展的有效途径;技术引进、消化吸收后的持续创新是企业实现从引进向创新跨越的关键;战略创新是企业发展壮大的必由之路。
