摘要
农民大规模流向城市的同时,也给其子女教育带来诸多问题:一方面,随迁子女并不能享受和城市儿童一样的教育待遇;另一方面,流动不仅导致其家庭对留守子女教育功能的缺失、对随迁子女教育功能的弱化,还破坏了随迁子女教育的连续性,造成了他们接续教育的问题,同时,部分"发财"的农民工还对农村青少年产生了"读书无用论"的影响。国家应承担义务教育的责任,并确保义务教育公平的切实实现。
The large-scale urban migration brings a number of their children's education problems facing farmers. On the one hand, migration children do not enjoy the same education as urban children receive; on the other hand, the flow will not only lead the missing of the families’ education on the children, weakens their children's education functions, but also destroys the migration children’s continuity of education, resulting in continuation of their education, at the same time, some "getting rich" migrant workers affects young people in rural areas ---the "Study Useless View". The State should undertake the responsibility of compulsory education and to ensure the realization of compulsory education fairly.
