摘要
本文试图探寻社会财富创造所应具有的劳动基础,通过对我国劳动合同法立法精神的解读,本文认为在社会主义市场经济条件下创造财富的劳动应当体现劳动安定、劳动自由和劳动合作三种精神品质。
The paper tries to find out the necessary labor basis of the creation of social wealth. Through the understanding of the law-making spirits of Labor Contract Law in our country, the paper holds the idea that in the condition of socialism market economy, the labor creating wealth should represent three kinds of spiritual qualities of labor stable, labor freedom and labor cooperation.
