摘要
目的应用RP-HPLC法测定消银颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法 Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.05moL.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(35∶65),检测波长为230nm,柱温35℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果芍药苷在5~80μg·mL-1范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=2.61%(n=5)。结论本方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE Application of RP-HPLC method determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyin particles. METHODS Experiment was carried out on Waters Symmetry C18 Column and UV detector(230nm) .Methanol-0.05 mol· L^-1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(35 : 65, volume ratio)was selected as mobile phase, Column temperature 35℃, the flowratewas 1.0mL· min^- 1. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 5-80g, r = 0. 9999. The everage recovery was 98.2 % with RSD 2.61% (n = 5). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, precise and reproducible for analysis of paeoniflorin in SWD.The resultis satisfactory.
