摘要
目的制备含洛伐他汀的含醇脂质体,并进行初步的质量检查。方法制备不同卵磷脂含量的洛伐他汀含醇脂质体,并用透射电镜观察脂质体的形态、粒径和分布,用微型凝胶柱测定其包封率,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果所得脂质体外观圆整,分布较均匀,平均包封率(28.5±1.4)%(n=6),样品中洛伐他汀的回收率为99.0%(n=6,RSD=0.23%)。结论该含醇脂质体制备工艺可行,具有进一步的开发价值。
OBJECTIVE To prepare ethosome of lovastatin, and evaluate its physico-chemical properties. METHODS Lovastatin liposmal containing different ovolecithin amounts were prepared. The shape, size and size distribution were observed by TEM（electron microscopy）. The drug eneapsulateion efficieney was determined by GC.The lovastatin liposmal was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The obtained ethosome had a sphere shape with narrow distributeon, and higher eneapsulateion efficiency（28.5 ± 1.4） % （n = 6）, the recoveries of lovastatin were 99.0 % （n = 6, RSD = 0.23 % ）. CONCLUSION The preparation method of lovastatin is valuable to be further investingated.
