摘要
目的:为了解本院医学生神经衰弱发病情况以及对学习成绩的影响。方法:通过调查来自城乡的医学生并进行男女生之间的比较,对患有神经衰弱与否的医学生的学习成绩比较,运用祖国医学理论进行分析探讨。结果:农村学生发病率高于城市学生,男女生之间无显著性差异;患有神经衰弱学生的学习成绩总体要差于正常学生。结论:对待轻症神经衰弱者宜治以情志调理,加强学校健康教育;重症者则需辨证施治,或中西医结合辅以药物佐治。
Objective: In order to understand the prevalence of neurasthenia and its effect on their school records. Methods: Neurasthenia was diagnosed according to the theories of traditonal chinese medicine, and the differences in its prevalence were analysed between the surveyed medical students from urban and rual areas, or between males and females. Results: Students from urban areas had higher prevalence of neurasthenia than students from rural areas, there was no difference in prevalence of neurasthenia between males and females. Students with neurasthenia had poorer school records than the normal students.Conclusions: In the opinion of traditional chinese medicine, neurasthenia is mainly caused by emotional stress, over emotional stress could lead to functional disorder of viscara. Hyposthenia can be treated by emotion recuperation with health education,severe neurasthenia should be diagnosed and treated based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs, the cause, nature and the patient's physical condition according to the basic theories of traditional chinese medicine or be treated by combining westem medicine with traditional chinese medicine.
