摘要
目的研究早产地及足月小样儿的蛋白营养状况。方法应用火箭免疫电泳技术测定35例低出生体重儿（LBW）、25例极低出生体重儿（VLBW）及28例足月小样儿（SGA）的血浆PA、Fn及Alb浓度。结果3组新生儿的血浆PA、Fn、Alb浓度均有不同程度的降低，尤以VLBW在SGA组降低最为明显。结论应高度重视VLBW及SGA的蛋白营养不良问题。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of prenlature infant and SGA.Methods studied the concentration of serum PA、Fn、Alb determined by immunoelectrophoresis. Results Serum concentration of PA、Fn、Alb in LBW、VLBW、SGA were Lower than control group significantly,especially in VLBW and SGA group. Conclusions This study showed that malnutrition of protein had been found in prenature and SGA.
