阴道彩超三维成像在诊断子宫畸形诊断中的应用体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨阴道彩超三维成像在诊断子宫畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法对116例阴道彩超二维图像上初步诊断为子宫畸形者进行三维成像并与二维图像进行对比。结果子宫畸形进行三维成像后与二维超声比较可清晰显示子宫外貌特征、肌壁回声、尤其是内膜的走行与分布,因而诊断更明确。结论阴道彩超三维成像诊断子宫畸形可弥补二维超声的不足,是二维超声的重要补充形式,值得推广运用。
