摘要
基于铸造数值模拟技术,分析球墨铸铁敲落试块的充型凝固过程,预测试块中的微观组织分布和力学性能分布。通过对比分析得出,对球铁应用铸造模拟软件进行仿真时,必须重视特殊参数的选取。计算表明,孕育处理对球铁组织和力学性能的影响程度大于铸钢度的影响。
Based on the CAE Technique, the filling and solidification process of resin sand casting technology for the ductile iron test casting is studied. According to simulation result, the microstructure and mechanical property distribution are predicted. Through the comparative analysis, the main factor which influences the simulation result dominantly for the microstructure and mechanical property prediction of ductile iron casting is found. Thus, the conclusion is instructive for the simulation and production practice.
