摘要
目的 探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗骨不连的临床效果.方法 对30例骨不连患者,施术前肌注重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子,应用浓缩骨髓干细胞技术取得高浓度的骨髓干细胞悬液,经皮注射于骨折端周围.骨折端不稳定的结合锁定钢板内固定,合并骨缺损者采用复合人工骨植入,术后定期复查X线片观察骨折愈合情况.结果 浓缩的骨髓干细胞悬液显微镜下单核细胞计数达到105个/ml以上,涂片染色有活性细胞比率>95%,骨折愈合25例,愈合时间5个月-2年,平均7个月.结论 应用自体浓缩骨髓干细胞经皮注入骨折端,是一种微创、安全、高效的治疗骨不连的方法 .
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation in the treatment of bone non-union. Methods 30 patients with bone non-union were injected with recombinant colony-stimulating factor (rhC-CSF) pre-operatively. High-enrichment bone marrow stem cell suspension was obtained by using bone marrow stem cell enriching technology, and then injected to the region around the fracture. The fracture was treated with interlocking plate fixation combined with synthetic bone grafting. Regular follow-up x-ray was taken to observe the healing of bone. Results The monocyte count in the concentrated bone marrow stem cell suspension was over 105/ ml under the microscope. The the active cell ratio was detected to be 〉95% by busing smear and stain. 25 patients' fractures healed, with an average healing time of 7 months, crange, 5-24 months. Conclusions Injection of enriched autologous bone marrow stem cell to the region around the fracture site is a minimally invasive, safe and effective method for bone non-union.
