摘要
利用多功能微弧等离子喷涂设备在1Cr18Ni9钢基体上制备La2Zr2O、ZrO2热障涂层。研究了La2Zr2O7和ZrO2涂层在高温实验条件下的热震性能,并进行了比较。结果表明,在900℃室温水淬的实验条件下,La2Zr2O7热障涂层的热震性能较ZrO2涂层要好;在1000、1100℃下二者的热震性能相差不大。
La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings were made on 1Crl8Ni9 substrate by multi micro-arc plasma instrument. The thermal shock performance of La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2 coating at high temperature was studied and compared. The results show that La2Zr2O7 thermal barrier coating has higher thermal shock performance compared with ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings at 900 ℃. They have close thermal shock performance at 1000 ℃ and 1100℃.
