摘要
总结了高效螺旋板换热器所具有的独特优点及其在发酵工业中的广泛应用，并根据发酵工业物料固体粒子含量高的特性。
The wide application of spiral lamina heat exchanger in fermentation industry and its unique characteristics are summarized.The possible improvements of decreasing the spiral laminawide in structure design and adopting horizontal installation are put forward according to the characters of the fluid of fermentation industry material which has high solid particle content.
