摘要
该文提出用有限元法计算考虑流固耦合作用的旋转波纹管的固有频率。将波纹管用两节点旋转锥壳单元离散化,单元之间以节点环相连接,将载荷和位移沿环向展开为傅立叶谐波级数,降低了计算维数,减少了计算自由度和计算机时。推导出考虑波纹管与管内流体动力耦合作用的旋转波纹管动力方程,计算出旋转波纹管的固有频率,可为工程中波纹管的动力设计提供理论依据。
The finite
element method for the computation of natural frequencies of revolution bellows considering the
coupling effect between bellows and liquid was developed.The revolution bellows was
idealized as a series of conical frusta,joined at nodal circles.The variables,such as
displacements and loads,were expanded into Fourier series in the circumferential
direction.Then the twodimensional problem was reduced to a series of onedimensional
problems.The computation time was reduced.Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the
finite element method,the free vibration equations,considering the coupling effect between
bellows and liquid,for the bellows was derived.The natural frequencies of the bellows were
computed.The results can be used as the theoretical base for the dynamic design of bellows
in engineering.
