摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定大黄中番泻苷A含量,为大黄质量标准化研究提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈∶水∶冰醋酸(60∶40∶10)为流动相,流速1.2 ml/min,检测波长340 nm。结果番泻苷A在0.5-2.5μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,回收率为96.7%。结论用高效液相色谱法测定中药大黄中番泻苷A含量快速、可靠、方便、准确。
Objective To use high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC )method for determination of sennoside A in Rhubarb, establish the quality standard for Rhubarb and provide evidence for its standardization study. Methods The HPLC mehtod was applied to determine sennoside A, chromatographic column was C18 (20 cm×4.6 mm,5μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile - water - glacial acetic acid ( 60 : 40 : 10 ) , flow rate was 1.2 ml/min, detection wavelength was 340 nm. Results The sennoside A had good linearity within 0. 5 - 2. 5 μg. When r was 0. 999 7, the recovery rate was 96. 7%. Conclusion The method is fast,reliable,convenient and accurate.
