摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中铋的原子荧光光度测定方法。方法通过各种条件实验,对氢化物原子荧光法测定铋的各参数进行优化。结果方法的检出限为0.03μg/L,最低检出浓度为5.0×10^-5mg/m^3(以采集30L空气样品计),消化效率为99.8%-102.5%,RSD为1.6%,标准曲线线性相关系数为0.999 7。结论该方法准确、可靠、适用,具有实际意义,可用于作业场所空气中铋的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Bismuth (Bi) in the air of workplace by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS). Methods The parameters in this method were optimized by experiment. Results The detection limit of this method was 0. 03 μg/L,and the lowest concentration was 5.0 ×10^-5mg/m^3 ,digestion rate was 99. 8% - 102. 5% ,the RSD was 1.6%, and the correlation coefficient was O. 999 7. Conclusion The operation of this method is simple and quick. The method can be absolutely applied in the determination of Bi in workplace air.
