摘要
采用正常小鼠进行体内抗氧化和免疫实验,通过测定小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力,来评价其抗氧化能力;通过观察正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和小鼠血清溶血素形成的影响,来评价其免疫活性。结果表明,白扁豆多糖可使SOD、GSH-Px活力升高,可显著提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,促进溶血素形成。
The viability of SOD and GSH-Px was investigated in normal mice in the experiment of the antioxidant activity in vivo.Effect of polysaccharide from Dolichos lablab L.on phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and the formation of hemolysin in normal mice was observed in the experiment ofimmune activity in vivo.Polysaccharide from Dolichos lablab L.can improve the viability of SOD and GSH-Px,and can significantly increase the phagocytic percentage and the phagocytic index of normal mice that promote formation of hemolysin.
