摘要
虚拟参考咨询是网络环境下图书馆向读者提供的一种新型服务方式。文章探讨了学术资源开放存取在虚拟参考咨询中的应用方式,强调虚拟参考咨询服务帮助用户对OA信息资源进行有效获取、评价、利用的方式方法,通过对OA资源的深层次组织、加工,为学科建设及发展做出必要的贡献。
The virtual reference service provides readers a new service means of library in network conditions. In this paper, open access to academic resources is discussed about how to apply in virtual reference service, it emphasizes on how to help the consumer to catch, evaluate and make use of OA information resources effectively. And the OA resources is to organized, processed deeply in order to contribute to the disciplines development.
