摘要
高校辅导员与学生接触、沟通最多，对学生的影响也最为广泛，因而提升高校思政辅导员的有效沟通能力对于引导大学生全面提高自身素质有着特殊的意义。本文从现状分析入手，详细阐述了高校思想政治辅导员如何不断提升、完善沟通艺术，以达到有效沟通的目的。
College supervisors contact and communicate with college students more in daily life, compared with other college students. , and also have a wider effect on them. Thus, it is of special significance to improve and enhance their communicative ability to guide students to promote students＇ quality. In this paper, started with analyzing the status , we state ,as a college supervisor, how we can enhance and improve the art of communication, in order to achieve the ideological and political purpose of effective communication.
