摘要
目的探讨高压氧治疗儿童外伤性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法对30例经CT证实的儿童外伤后脑梗死患儿采用高压氧治疗,并对治疗结果和预后进行分析。结果 30例外伤性脑梗死患儿利用高压氧治疗后,随访6个月,29例痊愈,痊愈率为96.7%。结论高压氧治疗对儿童外伤后脑梗死有良好的效果,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the children with post-traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical manifestations and experiences,imaging findings,treatment results and prognosis of the 30 children with post-traumatic cerebral infarction confirmed by CT were follow-up and summarized.Results The recoverv rate of the post-traumatic cerebral infarction treated with hyperbaric oxygen was 96.7% followed-up for 6 months.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy on children＇s post-traumatic cerebral infarction could get a better results.
