摘要
本文研究乙双吗啉(AT1727)和γ射线联合应用对动物小肠上皮细胞的作用。腹腔注射AT1727 160mg/kg,在放射前30min给药时,其斜率和单纯放射组相仿,DMF值为1.09;放射后30min给药时,D_o值增加1.3倍,DMF值为1.05。在使用相等分割剂量做分割放射时,显示出他们之间明显的相互作用。结果显示:联合应用增加了辐射生物效应,且和所用药物浓度有关,和二者之间应用次序和相隔时间也有关。
Using the intestinal crypt cell system, the effects of bimolane (AT1727) with mouse irradiation have been studied. AT1727 was administered by i.p.. With combined treatment an increased biological irradiation effect was observed compared to irradiation alone. This effect was drug dose dependent in the range of doses studied. Timing and sequence of the agent have .influence within a period of 3 days. Incomparism with control survival curve 160ng/kg AT1727 given 30min before irradiation produced a parallel shift for lower Lrradiaciou doses.The dose modifying factor (DMF) wag 1.09. But with this drug irradition sequence, the D0 value surprisingly in created by a factor of 1.3 although it displaced the survival curve to left and the DMF of 1.05 was obtained. A primary study of two equally fractionated doses at various intervals with or without AT1727 indicated marked interaction between the two treatment modalities, with possible AT1727 inhibition of irradiation damage repair.
