应用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童肢体长骨骨折26例 被引量:4

摘要 儿童肢体长骨骨折以往多采用保守治疗,容易发生骨折再移位,需反复调整,患儿住院时间长,治疗过程痛苦.若采用钢板固定,骨折愈合环境遭到破坏,取出时切口大,恢复慢.外固定支架固定存在钉道感染、生活不便等不利因素.由于儿童骨骺尚未闭合,骨髓腔较细,应用髓内钉固定明显受到限制.针对儿童长骨骨折本身的特点,2007年6月至2008年10月作者使用Synthes公司提供的钛制弹性髓内钉(TEIN)治疗儿童肢体长骨骨折26例,疗效满意,现报告如下.
