摘要
目的：观察了人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的效果。方法：对７０岁以上高龄移位型股骨颈骨折３５例，施行人工股骨头置换术。结果：２８例平均随访１年以上。疼痛消失，功能好与恢复生活自理能力者２６例，占７４％；恢复部分生活自理能力者７例，占１９％；仍有疼痛，不能下地活动与生活自理者２例，占６％。结论：人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的效果满意。
Objective:To evaluate the outcome of artificial femoral
head replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture in the oldaged.Methods:Artificial
femoral head replacement was performed in 35 patients aged over 70 years.Results:28 cases
were followed up for more than one year.Pain free,wellfunction and recovery of the ability in
daily life care were found in 26 cases (74%),part recovery of the ability in daily life care was
noted in 7 cases (19%),painpersistent and unambulation combined with inability in daily life
care were described in 2 cases (6%).Conclusion:Artificial femoral head replacement is effective
for treatment of femoral neck fracture in the oldaged.
