摘要
黄柏是常用中药之一,有清热去湿等作用。作者通过本草考证,认为古代早期应用的黄柏为川黄柏。又至黄柏主产区东北三省及四川调查药源并采集标本。经鉴定,关黄柏原植物为芸香科的黄蘖Phellodendron amurense Rupr川黄柏的原植物为秃叶黄皮树P.chinense var. glabriusculum Schnoid.及黄皮树P.chinense Schneid.。列有检索表及描述,并进行花粉粒电镜扫描比较。
Huang Bo is one of the rnost popular Chinese drugs used as an agent to clear away Heat and to eliminate Wetness ever since ancient times.According to textual research, on ancient Chinese herbals, Chuan Huang Bo was the only one being used as Huang Bo primarily. We investigated producing areas of Huang Bo and collected many speciemens. Those speoiemens, collected from the three northeast provinces termed Guan Huang Bo were identified as Phellodendron amurense Rupr. Other speoiemens, collected from Sichuan province termed Chuan Huang Bo were identified as P. chinenss var. glabriusculum Schneid as well as P. chinense Schneid.An analytical key and descriptions of the original Huang Bo plamts as well as primary scanning electron microscopy comparison of their pollen gra ins are reported.
