摘要
目的:测定接触式激光手术刀蓝宝石刀头的相对温度分布,以便为改进刀头设计及治疗方案提供实验依据。方法:利用光热偏转技术测定蓝宝石激光手术刀头的横向及纵向温度分布。结果:测量所得的温度分布曲线与用CCD器件测量所得的光强分布曲线具有很好的一致性。结论:光热偏转法测量蓝宝石手术刀头的温度分布是一种新的有效的方法。
Objective: To measure the relative temperature distrihution of the contact sapphire prohe of the laser scalpel so as to provide experimental basis for improving the design of the prohe and the treatment plan. Methods: Both the longitudinal and latitudinal temperature distributions of the sapphire prohe of the laser scalpel were measured by the photothermal defiection technique. Results: The tempera- ture distribution curves obtained by photothermal deflection technique were the same as the curve shapes of optical intensity distributions with the CCD photoelectric detector. Conclusion: The photothermal de- nection technique is a new and effective way for measuring the temperature distribution of the laser sap- phire probe.
