摘要
工业以太环网+现场总线技术平台正逐步应用到煤矿现代化生产管理中。在此技术应用背景下,设计了移动变电站综合保护器的CAN总线通信接口。详细介绍了CAN总线接口的硬件设计、网络通信协议以及CAN初始化、接收报文和发送报文的程序设计流程,并给出了部分程序段。测试结果表明,系统设计方案合理,设计的CAN总线接口可以作为移动变电站的远程监控通信接口,并具有很好的实时性。
Industrial loop Ethernet and field bus are applied to production and modern management of coal mine. In this case, CAN bus interface of mobile substation integrated protector is designed. Hardware design of CAN bus interface, network communication protocol and design procedure of CAN initialization program, message sending program and message receiving program are illustrated and a part of program is given. Test result shows design method of CAN bus is reasonable and designed CAN interface can be served as a remote communication interface for monitoring mobile substation.
