摘要
原花青素具有良好的清除自由基和抗氧化的活性,有很大的开发应用价值。以葡萄籽为原料,研究了溶液的pH值、提取剂浓度及提取时间对提取原花青素的影响,并且用超声波法和索氏提取法进行原花青素提取率的研究。结果表明,从葡萄籽中提取原花青素的最佳条件为:在20-25℃的条件下,pH值为4,料液比(g:mL)为1:7,60%的乙醇作为提取剂,提取2h,提取率可高达4.21%;超声波法及索氏提取法均可以增加原花青素的提取率,提取率最高可达4.60%。
Oligomeric Proantho Cyanidins have good free radical scavenging and antioxidant activity, there is great value. In this paper, grape seeds as raw material, the solvent pH, extractant concentration and extraction time on extraction of procyanidins, and of the ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction were of proanthocyanidins. The results showed that:the optimal extraction of procyanidins conditions: conditions in the 20 -25℃, pH, 4, solid to liquid ratio (g:mL) was 1:7, 60% alcohol as a solvent, extraction 2h, extracted rate up to 4. 21%; ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction of proeyanidins are able to increase the extraction rate, extraction rate up to 4.60%.
