摘要
文章结合中国铁路物资总公司实际,从薪金、福利、绩效和发展前景等物质激励方面,以及企业文化建设、与员工的有效沟通、转岗交流和家庭式关怀等精神激励方面,探讨了企业激励机制与员工归属感之间的关系。
Combining with the practice of China railway goods corporation, the article analyses the relation between enterprise incentive mechanism and staff belonging.It discusses with the material incentivesalary, such as welfare, performance and development prospects, and the spiritual encouragement,which included enterprise culture construction,the staff of effective communication,transfers exchange and family care.
