摘要 阳极焙烧温度系统是一个含有耦合、大时滞、非线性的多变量系统。为实现对阳极焙烧温度的精确控制,依据现场采集的大量温度数据,采用PSO方法,辨识出阳极焙烧炉温度的二阶惯性滞后控制模型,并与实际温度输出进行比较,验证了模型的有效性,为阳极焙烧温度的精确控制创造了前提条件。 Anode lay and nonlinear. In baking temperature system is a MIMO control system which have cross -coupling, time -deorder to control baking the temperature accurately, the second order plus time delay control model of the anode baking scene, which is used for the posed model is efficient and temperature is identified based on the data gathered from the anode baking furnace initial predictive models. The model simulation and practice results show that the proeffective.
