摘要
介绍莱钢厂区复杂环境深孔控制爆破技术和施工技术措施,对爆破效果和对周围环境的影响、危害程度进行严格控制,提高准爆率和爆破效率,降低炸药单耗,严格控制石块粒径,以达到加快施工进度,降低成本,提高经济效益,保证安全和质量的目的,为类似工程施工和预算提供参考。
This paper introduces the technology of deep-hole controlled blasting in Laiwu Iron and Steel factory under the complex environment. It controls strictly the blasting effects and the impact on the surrounding environment as well as its hazard level. It improves the probability of explosion and blasting efficiency and reduces the explosive unit consumption. It strictly controls the diameter of the stones in order to accelerate the construction process, reduce the cost, increase the profit, and guarantee the safety and quality. It is hoped to be used as reference to other similar projects.
