摘要
传统的C/S架构和基于构件的指挥控制系统解决方案存在扩展性差、灵活性低、无法适应动态变化等方面的问题,不能满足联合作战需求。故在详细介绍SOA及其实现技术Web服务的基础上,提出了基于SOA的指控系统设计思想,建立了基于SOA的指控系统的体系框架,并分析了基于SOA的指控系统的开发过程。其体系框架包括军事信息服务层、服务管理层和系统应用层。而SOA的开发分为需求分析、流程转换、军事信息服务选取、军事信息服务流程组合、系统实现阶段。基于SOA的指控系统将成为未来指控系统的解决方案。
As the traditional C/S architecture and component based command and control system resolution lack of expansibility,agility and adaptability,it can not meet the needs of joint warfare.Aiming at this fact,firstly gives a particular description of SOA and Web services which is the implement technology of SOA,then this paper put forward the concept of command an control system based-on SOA,constructs the systematic frame of command an control system based-on SOA,and analyses the development process of command an control system based-on SOA.The structure of systematic frame includes military information service lay,service management lay and system application lay.The development process can be divided into the phases of requirement analysis,flow transition,military information service selection,military information service flow composition and system realization.The command and control system based-on SOA must be the solution of future command an control system.
