摘要
针对国产接地电阻器性能较差问题,通过ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立了两种形状的接地电阻器仿真模型,分析了不同截面积的接地电阻器的温度场分布情况和最大允许温升,搭建了大电流实验平台,对接地电阻器进行了热承载实验,实验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性。绘制出一种合金电阻器的最大允许通流密度与电阻截面积的关系,对接地电阻器的研制具有一定指导意义,也为接地电阻器的优化设计提供了重要依据。
In view of the bad performance of the home-made grounding resistor,the simulation model of the grounding resistor with two shapes is set up by the finite element software package ANSYS.The temperature field distribution and the maximun allowable temperature rise of the grounding resistor are analyzed.Then the experimental platform for high-current is set up,and the simulation results are verified by the heat load bearing experiment implemented on the grounding resistor.The relationship tetween the maximum allowable current density and the resistor cross-sectional area of the alloy grounding resistor is obtained in this paper,which has guiding significance to research grounding resistor and provides and important basis for the optimal design of the grounding resistor.
