摘要
目的：探讨溴酚蓝测定尿白蛋白的方法。方法：利用BM4030自动生化分析仪采用终，权法测定尿白蛋白。结果；该方法的线性高达8g／L。批内变异系数0.5％～4．9％，批间变异系数0．7％～5．8％，回收率96．0％～102％。与抗原抗体法比较，相关方程为Y=0．85＋0．978X;r=0．976。结论：可在自动生化分析仪上测定尿微量白蛋白，方法简单易行。
Objective To study the procedure for routine determination of albumin in urine. Methods It is based on the dye-binding properties of albumin with bromphenol blue and BM-4030 type biochemical auto analyzer is used to measure albumin in urine by end -point method. Results Recovery ratio is 96. 3% ~ 101%. Repeated test shows that the within-run CV is 0.5%~4.9% and the between-run CV 0.7%~5.8%. The linear limit is up to 8g/L. Compared with immunochemistry method (Orion Diagnostic reagent) , the method has the correlative equation as follows:Y=2.95+0. 978X, and r=0.978. Conclusiou This method is simple, easy and suit,able for routine determination.
