摘要
初速或然误差是发射药的重要弹道性能指标,它的大小影响发射药内弹道性能的稳定性和再现性。为了分析身管对某发射药初速或然误差的影响,依据已经获得的该发射药初速或然误差的大量试验数据,利用数理统计方法对不同身管试验所得的结果分别进行了正态性检验、异常性检验和一致性检验。检验结果表明:试验数据呈正态分布、样本值均无异常值、样本总体方差相等而均值差有显著差异。得出了不同身管对发射药初速或然误差有显著影响的结论。可见,身管质量的一致性是影响发射药初速或然误差的因素之一。
The muzzle velocity probable error is an important performance index of propellant.It influences the interior ballistic stability and reproducibility of the propellant greatly.In order to analysis the effect of gun barrel on the muzzle velocity probable error,the mathematical statistical method was used to analyze the muzzle velocity probable error obtained from experiments.The normality test,abnormal test and consistency test results show that the test date take normal distribution,the sample values are not abnormal,and the variance of the sample is almost equal,and the average value appears remarkable difference.The conclusion indicates different gun barrels put different influences on the muzzle velocity and probable of propellant.Obviously,the gun barrel quality is one of the influence factor of the muzzle velocity probable error.
