摘要
目的探讨自锁托槽及传统托槽的粘结效果,以及自锁托槽在应用RMGIC时粘结强度如何。方法 120颗离体牙随机分成传统托槽组、被动自锁托槽组、主动自锁托槽组,分别应用Transbond XT、RMGIC进行粘结,进行抗剪强度测试及记录粘结材料残留指数。结果传统托槽应用Transbond XT或RMGIC抗剪强度、ARI记分有显著性差异(P<0.05);应用Transbond XT或RMGIC时,传统托槽分别与被动自锁托槽、主动自锁托槽相比较抗剪强度有显著性差异(P<0.05),应用Transbond XT时ARI记分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自锁托槽在应用RMGIC时粘结强度可以适应临床需要。
Objective To evalute the bonding results between self-ligating brackts and conventional brackts,the shear bond strength of self-ligating brackts and RMGIC.Methods Selected 120 healthy human premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons.Conventional brackts,passive self-ligating brackts,active self-ligating brackts were bonded with Transbond XT,RMGIC.Each sample was tested by the test machine to the shear bond strength and was accounted about the adhesive remnant index.(ARI).Results The shear bond strength tests and the ARI statistic results showed there was no difference between passive self-ligating brackts and active self-ligating brackts with Transbond XT,RMGIC.The shear bond strength of self-ligating brackts were smaller than the conventional brackts.,but suitable for clinic(P0.05).Conclusion The shear bond strength were better when self-ligating brackts were bonded with RMGIC.
