摘要
论述一种用工程设计实验的方法取得注塑机注射模型参数。这种方法不需要建立精确物料模具流变学模型,可以得到注塑速度分级参数。根据充模过程物理现象,建立充模过程的模型曲线,用计算机求解模型曲线,得到分级注射压力和注射速度。该方法适合注塑机安装模具时自动设定注射参数。
A design using experimental methods to obtain the model parameters in injection molding machine was discussed. The method could obtain the classification parameters of injection speed, but it did not need the establishment of accurate rheological model of mold material. According to the phenomenon in the process of filling, the model curve of the filling process was established and the injection pressure and injection speed were obtained by computer. It was suitable for automatically seting the injection mold parameters in injection molding machines.
