糖尿病糖化血红蛋白、血尿酸与脑梗塞的关系

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病糖化血红蛋白、血尿酸与脑梗塞的关系。方法检测48例糖尿病合并首次脑梗塞(A组)、42例糖尿病合并再次脑梗塞(B组)患者糖化血红蛋白、血尿酸,与36例单纯糖尿病(C组)患者糖化血红蛋白、血尿酸相比较。结果 A组、B组糖化血红蛋白、尿酸均高于C组,且统计学上有显著差异(P<0.05),但A组与B组糖化血红蛋白、尿酸相比无统计学意义((P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、血尿酸水平对脑梗塞的发生有重要的临床意义。 【Objective】To discuss the relationship of glycosylated hemoglobin(GHbA1c),serum uric acid(UA) and cerebral infarction in diabetes.【Methods】To detect the level of GHbA1c and UA of 48 cases of cerebral infarction with diabetes(A group),to detect the level of GHbA1c and UA of 42 cases of recurrent cerebral infarction with diabetes(B group),to detect the level of GHbA1c and UA of 36 cases of diabetes(C group),results of three groups w ere compared.【Results】GHbA1c and UA of A group and B group were highter than C group,the difference had statistical significance between cerebral infarction group and C group(P〈0.05).The difference had no statistical significance between A group and B group(P〉0.05).【Conclusions】The level of GHbA1c and UA have great significance on happening cerebral infarction in patients with dibetes.
