摘要
利用亚铁离子催化鲁米诺与溶解氧的化学发光反应,用分立取样式液相化学发光分析仪器进行痕量铁的测定,该法灵敏度高、选择性好、线性范围达三个数量级,而且操作简便、快速。
Based on the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol and dissolved oxygen catalyzed by ferrousion,the trace iron was determined with discrete sampling chemiluminescent analyzer.The sensitivity and selectivity of this method was good.
