摘要
目的再造无痛内镜检查流程,提高无痛内镜检查率。方法分析并针对原流程中不合理环节,在患者交费和取药环节、医务人员的工作方式、环境布局等方面进行了流程的重新设计和改造并付诸实施。结果流程再造后,无痛内镜检查率由原来的37.04%上升到90.01%,患者满意度由原来的84.92%上升到99.04%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流程再造使无痛内镜成为常规化开展的项目,真正满足了患者对有创检查"无痛化"的需求。
Objective To explore how to reengineer the process of painless endoscopy, so as to improve the rate of painless endoscopy. Methods The research mainly analyzed the unreasonable links of the original process, and redesigned the following links: paying and taking drugs of patients, work methods of medical personnel, environment layout, and so on. Results After applying the renewed process, the ratio of painless endoscopy ascended from 37.04% to 90.01% ( P 〈 0.01 ). And the satisfaction of patients increased from 84.92% to 99.04% ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Process reengineering makes painless endoscopy as a routine project. It really meets the need of patients about painless examinations.
