摘要
本实验观察家兔完整、破损皮肤接触无敌止痛搽剂所产生的局部刺激反应以及豚鼠皮肤重复反复接触无敌止痛搽剂机体免疫系统在皮肤上的反应。结果表明无敌止痛搽剂作外用时 ,未发现家兔皮肤的红斑、水肿反应 ,未出现局部刺激反应 ;未见无敌止痛搽剂引起豚鼠皮肤的红斑水肿等过敏反应。
The dermal irritative and allergic reaction of WUDI Analgesic Species used on intact or damaged skin of rabbit was observed. The result showed that WUDI Analgesic Species did not make erythema, swelling and the local irritative reaction in skin of rabbit. And the same time, neither erythema, swelling nor the allergic reaction in skin of guinea-pig were found by the species.
