摘要
以上海罗北路污水管道顶管工程施工为例,经对钢筋混凝土顶管、玻璃钢夹砂顶管和树脂混凝土顶管的特性比较,确定采用树脂混凝土顶管.介绍了树脂混凝土顶管的数据分析及顶力推算.最后对照施工费用,指出DN800 ~1200管道费用树脂混凝土顶管低于F型顶管;随顶管增加,顶进施工费用占的比重加大,树脂混凝土顶管开始体现优势,而且在同样过流能力时,顶管可减少一档.
Taking the pipe-jacking construction of Shanghai Luobei Rd. sewage pipelines project for example, resin concrete pipe-jacking is adopted finally after a features comparison among reinforced concrete pipe-jacking, glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe-jacking and resin concrete pipe-jacking. Then, the data analysis and the jacking force prediction of resin concrete pipe-jacking are presented in the paper. Thinking about the total construction cost table, the pipe fee of resin concrete pipe-jacking is lower than that of F-type pipe-jacking at DN800 ~ 1200. With the increasing of pipe-jackings, the proportion of the jacking construction fee will be increased too. Resin concrete pipe-jacking can reflect its advantages, moreover, when meeting the same flow capacity, the resin concrete one can adopt smaller pipe-jacking.
