摘要
IEC 61850和IEC 61970标准已有多项工程应用,但它们之间还没有实现信息无缝交换。根据实践工程应用,提出子站到主站无缝信息交换的策略,分析了子站SCD与主站CIM模型及其映射关系。
IEC 61850 and IEC 61970 standards have been applied in many projects, but information is not seamless-exchange between them. This paper ,according to practical project application, represents tactic of information seamless-exchange from digital substation to IEC 61970 master-station, analyzing substation SCD model and master-station CIM model and mapping between these two models.
